I’ve always known I wanted to work with people, to lead. Honestly, my dream was to just talk for a living, but unfortunately, there wasn’t a booth for that at the career fair. As I moved through various careers, one thing always remained consistent—my passion for skill-building. Yet, no matter how hard I tried, I felt like I was missing the right tool to make it all come together. That all changed when I discovered ToP Facilitation Methods.

What I loved most about ToP was the way it empowered others to collaborate, solve their own problems, and work together more effectively. It clicked with me on a deep level. I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t about holding a position; it’s a choice we make in how we show up and treat others. But before we can lead others, we must first learn to lead ourselves.

That belief, along with my journey, led me to where I am today—KT Facilitation. Here, my personal values of harmony, integrity, fun, collaboration, and growth are woven into everything I do and every experience I help create. This is more than just work for me; it’s a reflection of who I am and the change I want to inspire in others.
