- Courage. All of this takes courage. The courage to go first to show others that we are not perfect, and each one of us brings knowledge and value to a conversation.
ToP® Facilitation Methods is the foundation for all our facilitation training. It is built around 2 core pillars, inclusive participation, and profound respect. The tools taught in our facilitation training will give individuals skills and confidence in leading groups through tough conversations, coming to group consensus, and creating accountability.
